The driver authenticates using a PIN, RFID card, or key fob before the pump activates. Once authenticated, they pump normally. The system records the transaction automatically and uploads it to the cloud dashboard in real time. No paperwork, no manual entry.

Driver ID, vehicle, odometer or engine hours, gallons dispensed, fuel type, date, time, and location. If your telematics system is connected, odometer and engine hours are pulled automatically so the driver doesn’t enter anything manually.

Yes. Only authenticated drivers can activate a pump. Every transaction is logged to the second. Fueling limits flag anything outside normal parameters automatically. Most theft stops at the pump, and anything unusual is visible in the dashboard the same day it happens.

In most cases, yes. link2pump installs on your existing fuel dispensing setup and works with Fill-Rite pumps, older Gas Boy systems, mobile slip tanks, and DEF dispensing. We do a site review before quoting to confirm compatibility.

Yes. link2pump integrates with Samsara, Geotab, and other major telematics platforms. Odometer and engine hours are pulled from your telematics system the moment a vehicle arrives at the pump. No driver input required.

Yes. Per-vehicle, per-jurisdiction fuel data is captured at the pump and available for IFTA filing. link2pump won’t file the return for you, but it gives your team clean, complete data that makes the filing accurate and straightforward.

Most installations are complete within 30 days of signing. Hardware ships within 2-5 business days of kickoff. Account setup and configuration run in parallel, and your team is walked through the platform before you go live.

If your vehicles use fuel off-road on construction sites, farms, quarries, or private roads, you may be eligible for a refund on the federal fuel tax. link2pump tracks off-road fuel use automatically and makes sure you have the records to support a claim.
